Our approach is always tailored for you to ensure you get what you want as effectively as possible. In conversation with you, we will determine whether health coaching, yoga therapy or a combination could be most valuable.
Holistic health coaching integrates health coaching and yoga therapy to support you in navigating your health and wellness with effective, science-based tools. Health coaching traditionally involves a conversational approach while yoga therapy involves more movement, breath, relaxation, and guided meditation. There is a wealth of research showing the effectiveness of each of these tools and disciplines in improving physical, mental, emotional and social health outcomes. Additionally, we often integrate other research-backed disciplines such as mindfulness, CliftonStrengths, compassion training in pragmatic and accessible ways.

We offer solutions tailor-made for you while drawing from our integrated toolkit.
We suggest referrals to other providers if it seems that would be supportive.
How long will it take?
We generally start with 6 sessions:
a free 45m consultation
a full intake conversation
possible movement or physical wellbeing assessment
3 sessions
possible homework and supporting materials
After the initial 6 sessions, we will discuss how you feel about your progress and determine together whether additional sessions would be valuable.

We offer a sliding scale payment system to ensure our work remains as affordable as possible for as many as possible while providing the opportunity for others to invest in making support accessible to those who might otherwise struggle to afford it.
Convenient
Even before COVID, we successfully supported our clients remotely. We can do sessions online or in Haarlem, The Netherlands. Further, we offer a simple online booking system that puts you in control of your appointment with no hassle.
